现在明白了，出租房的Home Insurance 就是Landlord Insurance. 问题是：

1. 对投资房除了买Landlord Insurance， 是不是一定要买Umbrella Insurance。

2. 到哪买Umbrella Insurance，是不是在买andlord Insurance同时让保险经纪人加上Umbrella Insurance。

3. Umbrella Insurance都有哪些好处。
