Home Insurance for Investement Property

最近买了一个投资房， 下个月closing，现在在找Home Insurance.想问一下

1。投资房的home insurance 与自住房的有什么区别。

2。Umbrella insurance 是什么，有什么作用。对投资房是不是一定要买。
