Actually I sent you a qqh for couple of more questions.
I post my question here in order to share with other freinds who also want to know the answer.

Q 1. After the eviction hearing,should I expect to receive any official report from court about the result of eviction?

2. Regarding judgement on backrent and damage, should I file them in same court?
Since I am a remote landlord, will that be PM's responsibility to file them or should I hire somebody else or just ask some eviction company to file them? What's your suggestion in this case?

3. Once I win for the judgement on backrent and damage,how can I make sure the bad credit of tenant will be on both their credit report and renting history? Will that be automatically recorded once the eviction process or the judgement is completed?
