as you said, I am afraid that most landlords with too few units will gradually fade away.
thanks for the number 30 units. from this angle to view my properties, I am in the bottle neck. The thing bothering me in the past year since I invested on real estate has been the question: I bought too many too fast, or not enough and too slow.
I'm really tired of those tenants's calls. I just got called because of rats. What I can about that? the tenant refused to use rat-killer chemicals for safety reason, and mouse trap not efficient....
I'm looking forward to redefine my job to real landlord, instead of land-slave. Thanks for your advices.
