- can she borrow home equity loan without a regular income? =>No.

- can she borrow against credit card? => Yes. But her credit limit may be cut sharply if there is a single late payment.

- Any other? => The first choice is family members.

- If you were her friend, would you want to lend her money if she asks you? => It depends. We usually have a lot of friends. But not too many friends can be trusted with serious money. This is reality.
