1）Refinance需要有绿卡吗？我在Citi网站上看怎么要求公民或者绿卡？这年头像我这样没有绿卡的能做Refinance吗？

Yes, you can, but your choices are quite limited as lots of banks would not approve your loan.




2）请问Refinance是找中国的Broker还是直接找银行比较好？

In most cases, a broker is better than a bank as a broker would shop for many banks to get the interest you like.


3） 好像Wells Fargo网上说他们要收1%的loan origination fee。现在有直接从银行那里拿到的refinance不收loan origination fee的吗？

Why not try no-cost refinance? Let the broker pay your cost. though, your interest will be higher. Well, when the interest gets lower, you can refinance again.



4）网上的AmeriSave 15 Year Fixed的利率只有3.25%, APR才3.614%,不知道这种网上的direct lender 可靠不可靠？有没有朋友从他们家或者网上其它的direct lender 那里借到钱的？
