房屋保险Safeco这家公司口碑信誉如何？

一quote,与farmers 的相比，除了coverage ：dwelling降了2万，personal property从269k 降到170k，其他条件都一样，居然保费从$800降到$450。（both companies deductible $2500），personal property 从$269千降到$170千差别大吗？家里也没放什么值钱的东西，家电家具总加起来也不值17万，好像保$26。9万就更没必要？

还有，这safeco
的agent 在别州，没什么大问题吧？反正我是上safeco网登记，这agent就打电话过来了。
