新房客才入住一个月，就发现蟑螂和臭虫！

我有一个两Unit的house,楼下Apt一直空了一年半，才刚刚租出去一个月，就接到房客的电话，连续发现蟑螂和臭虫。楼上一家人住了几年了，也没有任何事情。真倒霉。我想肯定是新房客带进来的，但是又没有证据；只能想自己承担杀虫的费用；上午一问杀臭虫就要进一千元。这个Apt房租还不到1000元，太倒霉了。这种情况是否可以要房客负担一部分？谢谢。
