Section8 房客

有一家人要租我的房子。政府付一部分，他们自己付一部分。但是，我要的房租比政府要求的多50元。他们说让我和政府签约的时候少写50，但他们会付给我那50元。从来没有接触过Section8，请问这样行吗？谢谢先！
