紧急求教，有SECTION-8 SINGLE MOM特别热情，怎么办？

看这里讨论，SECTION-8 SINGLE MOM是最可怕的房客了，没想到她居然对我的广告特
别感兴趣，三番两次EMAIL问我要不要考虑她(我广告才登3天)。用救济住这么UPSCALE的
房子，她们真够可以的。大概是现在市面出租房太少了，我是不是应该提价？ 最大
问题我怎么回她阿？我怕万一说不好，她把我给告了。：( 情况如下：

45岁，SINGLE MOM， 2 TEENAGE GIRLS， 1 20-YEAR-OLD COLLEGE STUDENT。 在政
府工作，同一单位13年。上个房子住了4。5年。(我查了房，是比较小的， 还没问
房主。) 她说自己都按时交钱，爱干净等等，可以查房主。
