So my suggestion is simple--if you have another IRA account in a brokerage firm, just go it.
Since you are a owner, I don't know how to comment.
I have an SIMPLE IRA in Fidelity. It functions almost the same as a regular IRA. I can choose almost any fund I like. The only difference is that--I can not join a SIMPLE IRA in the 1st year on the job, and have to stay for 2 years before I rollover my money to my rollover IRA account.
