1. Mother, daughter and two grandkids. Mother works front desk at hotel, daughter is payroll clerk. Nice people but mother filed bankrupcy before, supposed for medical bills (she does have 30k medical bills on her credit report before she filed BK)
2. Mother with 2 teeages, works for AIG retirement specialist, salary is 42k,same as tenant#1 combined. Also looks nice.
Things they share: both say they love the house, neither have rainy day fund (from their history),both have student loan,both can use email and Internet to communicate.
Should I make decision based on who's more likely to rent longer then? But who knows!
