FHA because of three things:
1.We don't live there
2. It's a manufactured house
3. The loan amount is higher than the value of the house.

I know nothing about peer to peer lending. Maybe I'll check into that.

I am kind of desperate and this idea keeps coming to me after we prayed. I'll be very careful before I give out personal information. Thank you for reminding me.
