关于房子的面积数据, 这是appraiser的原话

"when measuring a home from the exterior of the subject property we do not measure the thickness of the outer wall"

这说明appraiser只量外墙的尺寸, 并不减去墙的厚度, 因此, 得出的面积是连同外墙在内的面积, 不是很多人认为的"living area", 所说的空调能起作用的面积. 是这样吗?
