3. 下面是Seller Agent 给我的Agent 的Email中提到的，请能不能帮解释一下。第一次递Short Sell, 很多都不明白。

Line 17 of contract- escrow to be held by Weston Title, and must be deposited with them upon seller's execution of contract NOT upon lender approval.

Line 118- " Buyers may cancel this contract prior to sellers' lender written approval" to be struck.Instead, Short Sale Addendum to be signed and dated to give lender 60 days to respond.
