我收到一个申请人，她告诉我她的credit 有以下的问题:
The report shows: they have one capital one credit card showing as a R5.

They told me:

"Our credit report will show one bad credit on our Capital One credit card. I have been working with these clowns for 2 years now and making the payments. It will be paid in full upon the closing of our home. Also have a truck loan and 2 personal loans which have a perfect score and our mortgage which is also in good standings. I prefer to set everything as pre authorized debit from our account so it is paid on time. I would prefer to give you 12 post dated cheques as well so you have them to cash monthly. This way if we get held up at work or go away on holidays you still have your rent payment on time. "
