At least shall let the listing agent put this in writting.
I bought a short sale earlier this year, the contract write clearly include (refrig/washer/dryer). They moved them before closing. I can not delay the closing just for such a small dispute and the listing agent said he will try to get it back, if not will replace these. After close, the listing agent found it is no way to get these back and replace will cost more than $1k. He offered $300 and I took it. Leason is: Once you are the only one cares about something, you will have to lose.
