Segregation Depreciation Question (Residential rental property)

I'm adding two properties next months. As a new landlord, I just recently discovered "segragation depreciation". I'm looking at IRS publication 946. I only see appliances, carpet and furniture in the 5-year property category and fence in 15-year property category.
Does anybody know what is the life for new roof, deck etc?
