Need Advices on AMT

I am done with my return, ended up with a big, fat check to IRS. 70% of the money is due to AMT. Need advices on how to reduce the AMT. I don't expect to eliminate it, just hope to make it not that fat.

Basic information: 2 W-2s, some stock trading, some interest, some dividend, no options, one mortgage, 3-ppl family.
