I agree with sunskitehomes- that shouldn’t rush to 和他们打官司.
Since I just asked (in email) the escrow officer’s assistant to check for me, I have not heard any response from her since then.
So, I am thinking to write them(both escrow officer and her assistant) an email or a certified letter (RE8888 suggested) like below:

Dear xxx,
Any lucky with your checking for my property tax (address: xxxxxx)?
Based on my final closing statement and your earlier email response,
the 4th quarter property tax should have been paid by my side in closing(line 107 on page 1) and it was suppose to be sent out by title on March 9th(your email response).
However, since I am receiving the notice from County, I would like to resolve this problem with title ASAP.
Could you please check and email me more detail information about:
1. When the tax has been paid/sent out for my property?
2. Please send me a copy of the check if possible
-or-
please provide the details include the total amount of the transaction, a list of properties that include my property with its actual amount, date of transaction, tracking number, check number, wire number, or whatever way can track the money.
Once receive it, I will need to send to county to dismiss my case.
