Palmdale and Lancaster RE market took is still sliding.
I took a trip to Lancaster and Palmdale with a Bay Area land investment firm 2 years ago and I am so glad I did not pull the trigger.
Today the home price in those 2 cities is at lease 30% lower than 2 years ago - how could land appreciates when home price is down?
Stay away from those guys unless you want to gamble with your hard earned cash, even so there are a lot of better places to bet your money than Palmdale land.
