I only loan with security. real estate is the best

and I always to tell it is not my money . instead, it is an un-disclosed private investors.

That way, if the borrower not pay back, I can get security. not loss too much.

I have a few auto loans, 2 real estate. Mostly the interest rate is around 12%. one is 17%.

To help friend and still earn money.
