Even though the house price may drop, the positive cash flow will help. But I still prefer the value increase rather than a small stream of positive cash flow, at least the increase is my main aiming, and the positive cash flow is just making my investment safer.
The nightmare for investors will be the renting market collapse. I doubt the high interest rate era will cause that. So, I think as long as you have a long term fix rate with positive cash flow, we will be safe.
