最近卖给投资者的2个房产

最近卖了2栋美国宾州匹兹堡市的独立屋房产给国内的投资者。所谓turn-key就是投资者只管收钱，其他所有事情我们take care.

水电煤气全通，经过简单装修，有新的房客入住，包一年管理费，包一年内主要系统保险（Home Warranty）。若还有修缮，投资人负责实报实销。

租金每月720美金，每年8640美金
年税1500美金
保险400美金
修缮600美金
盈利：6140美金
按照15%回报卖给投资人，40,000美金。
