For 2nd house, could we get $6500 tax credit?

in CA, it's hard to find house under $800K. So we are thinking about buy a investment house in Vegas. Will we be able to get $6500 tax credit for 2nd house?

Also what's the good website to check Vegas houses? We are using redfin and like it. But it doesn't cover Vegas area.
