What I did was cash-out refinance for my rental property.

I paid the house by all-cash half year ago, so I am doing cash-out refinance.

Your case should be better than mine.

They asked me whether I have more than 4 mortgages, I said No.

What I got was 75% LTV (from my purchase price), and 70% from the comp they did run.
