湾区东湾的投资房

昨天RE8888先生提到了以下的东湾地区，说值得一看。

"Like Hayward, part of Fremont, Newark and San Leandro etc. Or East Contra Costa."

今天古石在MLS Listing上一看，觉得只有Hayward还有房子满足古石的Search Criteria（3房，<=$275K).

誰能说说那边的出租市场情况吗？人口结果，租金水准，治安等。

古石有个同事住那边，去年一个月被撬了两次。但既然有同事住那，那应该已经是不错的区了。但不知道房子是否好租，能租多少。
