pitchers within the same league, or same division.

see, if your ERA is 3.00 in AL East, and another guy from NL central is 3.00 ERA also. do you think the quality of the ERA is the same?

to me, AL clearly is tougher to pitchers than NL, for starters that's DH and more powerful AL lineup, especially in AL East.
