So, Jones has to change the coach. Jones has a big ego and he did not admit he was wrong to fire Jimmy Johnson and let Bill Parcell leave. Barry was the coach right after he fired Jimmy and Wade was the coach after Parcell left. He did not want to admint he made mistakes to hire wrong guys.
