Either first or third

If you choose 3rd, you will have everything for awhile. What is missing is for photographing indoor events, such as stage performances or indoor sports (the 55-250 lens may not be fast enough).

If you choose #1, then, in the future, you can get a more expensive lens, such as Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS.
