I doubt this accuracy too.  For unguided regular bomb, once the bomb left airplane, it can not be controlled. Therefore, to reach a good accuracy, the relative location between the bomber and the target, the releasing time and wind are important.  Just talking about the releasing time along, to reach a 10 m accuracy as the bomber is flying at 500 km/h, the releasing time should be within 0.07 second.  I doubt this can be done since the releasing button is still controlled by figure.  Adding on other factors, it make it impossible.  But if the bombs are guided, it is possible.
