请问个问题

我和老婆已分居，正在协议离婚，我愿意付对女儿的赡养费以及老婆的生活费，这点双方无异议。根据美国法律，我有对孩子的探视权，孩子应该住在我附近，如果孩子搬家，也必须得到我的同意。前段时间老婆带孩子回国探亲，结果把孩子留在国内上学然后自己回来，说是回来和我办离婚手续的。她这么做我事先不知道，我觉得她已经剥夺了我的探视权。请问我该怎么办，有办法通过法律让孩子回来吗？我会照常付孩子的抚养费，但我很生气，不想按当初商定的全额付老婆的生活费了。请问我该怎么做。
