家常菜 - 苦瓜鸡柳,凉拌茄子,荠菜豆腐羹

苦瓜鸡柳

看ROSE 做的鸡柳五颜六色的好诱人, 也在冰箱里找了一些菜来炒,我做得辣点, 这个白苦瓜不苦涩, 不用烫过.

凉拌茄子,

茄子蒸熟后,用手拉成丝放盘里, 浇个麻辣酱, 拌点香菜.

荠菜豆腐羹- 没想到冰冻的荠菜也会这么好吃呢

冰冻的荠菜解冻冲净, 挤干, 打碎, 备用.
两罐鸡汤加点水烧开, 加入荠菜,烧滚, 加豆腐丁, 在烧开, 放点盐, 糖, 胡椒, 勾欠, 加入火腿末, 淋麻油.
