I like a bit rare.
To check, use thermostat, like one person said below.
Before broil, spread
--generous amount of salt and pepper
--(optional) spread granulated garlic(not powder), some italian seasoning.
--drizzle some olive oil
all on the flesh side.
If you plan to eat the skin, add the seasoning there too.
The skin would come out crisp and nice. Some like it some dont.
