1. put salmon in oven pan; marinate it with sea salt; 2. preheat oven to 500F; 3. stir fry fennel seeds, chopped black pepper, hot pepper flakes, soy sauce, maple syrup, five-flavor powder with vegetable oil; condense a little bit; 4. pour half of #3 on #1; put salmon in oven, for 5 min; 5. take salmon out; flip to another side; pour #3 on it; put it into oven, another 5 min.
