菠菜 玉米玛芬

材料：(可做12個)

無鹽奶油.....1/3 Cup
糖.....3/4 Cup
鹽.....1/2 小匙
蛋.....2粒
牛奶.....3/4 Cup
菠菜.....100g
泡打 粉.....3小匙
低粉....1 ¼ Cup
玉米粉( Nstant Corn Masa Flour ).....2/3 Cup

做 法：

1. 將菠菜切碎和牛奶一起打成汁
2. 把回溫的奶油加入糖, 蛋打勻后
3. 再到入菠菜牛奶汁，拌勻
4. 最后加入低粉，玉米粉，鹽，泡打 粉
5. 预热烤箱350度，烤15-20分钟
