周末伙食汇报 -

儿子过生日, 去年做了樱的寿司蛋糕, 很满意, 今年本来也想再做个, 可是这几天工作一忙, 就觉得很赶, 很急, 心情就很乱, 就一切从简,


周六中午做的寿司卷, 里面包了:

烤鳗鱼, 煎蛋卷, 蟹肉棒, 卤香菇, 小黄瓜, 腌萝卜, GOBO, 卤干瓢,

卤香菇, 煎蛋卷, 和卤干瓢是自己做的, 其它是买的, 饭是用买的寿司醋拌的.

卤香菇, 干瓢的汁: 酱油, 味淋(mirin), 亨大师粉(han-dashi), 水, 糖,

煎蛋卷: 蛋, 糖, 味淋, 盐, 亨大师粉, (水+太白粉), 煎得不好看, 味道很好.











晚上吃的:




寿司蛋糕

用了Costco买的熏鲑鱼(smoked salmon), 小黄瓜片, 粉色的鱼粉, 吃时用刀切成一小条, 也用来跟其它的料来包寿司手卷吃.

miso soup酱汤: 用了白萝卜, 海带芽, 嫩豆腐, miso paste, han-dashi




饭后甜点:




周日的午餐:

红豆饭团:



用了买的红豆料, 下次不要买了, 就是自己煮就好了, 一小包煮熟的红豆要4块钱.




配个沙拉:




晚上做了简单烧烤:

买了两种鲜香肠, 一种台湾的”辛巴乐”, 另钟是非利宾红肠, 做烧烤很好吃, 烤香肠前要用刀刺个洞, 不然会爆开.

还烤了鱿鱼和虱目鱼, 用煤炭烤的.








配个沙拉, blueberry smoothie




还做了个Lemon yogurt cake:





儿子吃完饭还烤了他儿时的最爱:




来外面拍照又忘了换光线.



在日本店里掏到个做泡菜的好东西, 这个塑料合子盖上有个压板, 可把菜压进水里,




买了包这个海带, 还不知怎样用它,
