This is exactly what I said to one of my team member during her performance review yesterday. Get out of your comfort zone and try it. It is not that hard as you think. When I told my colleague that I was very shy 4 yeas ago, he said" no, you are lying". See, you can change your personality and behavior by forcing yourself to get out of the comfort zone.
