准备hr的screening的phone interview是不是不用准备太多技术的东西？

上周放我鸽子的那个Phone interview 今天又联系了，这次我可记住了，敲死了具体的时间。只是我实在是不太擅长phone interview。见面还好。每次phone interview都会比较紧张。
