Why don't you trust him because he's a Chinese?

What did you mean that he's a Chinese, so you don't trust him? It maybe the reason you were hired at the first place because he's a Chinese. Don't think you can look down to your boss because he's your own race - Geez! Cannot understand some peopele's mentality here that they always try to bash their Chinese bosses. You can never get advanced if you always think this way. Try to improve yourself first.
