请教关于INTERVIEW时离职原因的解释

最近有几个电话INTERVIEW, 基本都问到我为什么离开原公司

我当时是自己离开的, 不太喜欢当时的环境(小公司, 压力偏大, 前景也不看好)

如果如实说, 不知道好不好? 我前面都是如实说的, 但电话完后都没音讯了, 不知道有没有关系

该怎么说好?
