面试帮帮忙

拿到一个面试机会，职位是Accounting Manager. 公司经营状况还不错，上市公司，net profit 10%.
要和VP Fianace, Financial Planning & Analysis and US General Manager见面。说实话，我有点害怕，从没经历这样正式的面试，不知要怎样准备才能 有最大的胜算。。。请大虾们指点指点。。。磕头了。
