加州地主们：Sample of a  Formal  Eviction Letter

有一家white trash, 有工作有收入但想耍赖，合同最后两个月想白住。有一位做房地产的明白人告诉我不要怕，按加州law程序办理，不要盲目从事，象停水停电之类。他给我了一个 eviction Letter 样本，根据具体情况修改后即可使用。Hope this is also useful to you guys.

Notice to Quit

Date: December 10, 2009

To:

              This is a three day notice to move, under California law.
The state of California allows a landlord to give the tenant a three day notice to vacant rental property when the rent has not been paid. Because the rent is ---days past due, we as landlord exercise this right.

This is your notice to vacant the property at -----------------before Dec. --, 2009.

Moving does not absolve the past rent that is due. If the use of Sheriffs  deputy to enforce this notice is required, the charges will be added tp your bill and collected in court proceedings.
