The trick for the home inspection contigency

It will be hard to win a deal from the bank if you put a home inspection contigency.

But, without an inspection contigency, what would you do if you find a big problem?

Well, first, make sure you have other options to withdraw your offer, such as HOA reviewing period.

Then waive the home inspection.

Then do an inspection immediately after you get the deal.

Then withdraw your offer/concel your contract using other options if you find a problem with the house.
