请教各老大，如果可代800K，是买一次性买800K的好区大房，还是

，先买500K好区的较小房，后买新区300K新房，由于新区，已经跌得很厉害了，，以后容易，fliper over
好像增值潜力更大，请教那种投资将来，增值大。
