You are very lucky to find a good realtor.

My realtor is similar to yours but not a PM like yours.

He helped me find deals that what I like, never push me to buy. He would not get offended/mad when I withdraw a bad contract which is my mistake at beginning.

I will write a story about my good/bad deals when I have time.

I am still look for a good PM like yours
