诚信请教，我应该把出租房付清吗？

我不记得当初怎么想的。我在2008买了10套出租房。现在有点想在三年内把它们都付清了。可是如果房价总也不涨，我把钱压在那里不是很亏吗？如果不付房子，这钱干什么比较好呢？总不能眼看着一天一天贬值吧。谢谢！
