卖房记（三）

房价降了，天气也暖和了，看房的人们终于开始多了起来，来看第二次的也有过几回，但是最后还是没人给下offer. 我们两人就在等待showing, cleaning house, 期待，失望中煎熬着，我不是个有耐心的人，每当这时我就要跟老公说不卖了，租出去，老公就劝我耐心些，而且坚决不做地主，说我们两人都没时间对付租客，而且这房子这麽大也不好找人租，租便宜了不合算，租贵了更难租了。虽说我不完全同意他的意见，但是想想还是坚持一下，要是能把房子卖了不就一了百了了，再也不用老惦记了。

眼看着夏天要过了，新学期都要开学了，如果现在卖不出去，过几个月卖出去的机会就更小了。可是看看我们的要价，比02年我们的买价只多几千，而且已经比市场上其他房子便宜许多，再降就一点讲价的余地都没有了。

就在我们两个这麽琢磨中，没想到来了个offer.
