I don't think all they said is true.I think right now houses around 200,000-350,000 are all cash offer from chinese buyer for investment.For houses around 500,000-700,000,some of them are cash offer because they sold their previous house.For houses around700,000-800,000 or above,i don't see too many bids.For non-chinese comunities,not many people can even afford a 20% down payment.
