recent sold home ,the deal price is still reasonable, they are playing biding games now, more and more home will be on the market comming months, yahoo.com has many default notice sales, 2 years ago, I saw a home got 4 full price and over priced offers in chino hills, of 510k now the house there only worth 430k, no surprise, good area, always go like above way.
